Let's begin, remember to save often.

Open template New Year 1 and then up to Image-canvas size to 700px by 700px. Then hide the background layer and delete the following layers because we will not be using them. All wordart layers, streamers, black stripe 1, black stripes 2, mat patterned.

With magic wand tool click on mat black layer.

Open paper 7 resize to 700px by 700px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer than up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

Go to black side squares then up to selections-select all-float-defloat.

Open paper 1 resize to 700px by 700px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer than up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

With magic wand tool click on red oval layer.

Open paper 8 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer than up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none. Then up to effects-plugin-penta-color dot with these settings 90, 2, 255, 255, 255.

Go to long frame backs then up to selections-select all-float-defloat.

Open paper 2 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer than up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

Go to red squares then up to effects-plugin-xero-fritillary with these settings 8, 30, 100, 49.

With magic wand tool click on glitter oval layer.

Open orange paper resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer than up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none. Then up to Effects-plugins-Penta-Dot and Cross with these settings 72, 10, 2.

Open scatter 2 resize to 692px by 207px copy and paste as new layer on top of oval layer.

ith magic wand tool click on red large frame back.

Open paper 14 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer than up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none. Then up to Effects-plugins-Dragonfly-Sinedot with these settings

Open heart balloon 6 resize to 122px by 300px copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in upper left corner.

Open Happy word resize to 150px by 64px copy and paste as new layer on top of heart balloon layer below the heart you can use my tag as a reference for placement.

Open present 5 resize to 189px by 225px copy and paste as new layer on top of Happy layer on bottom left corner you can use my tag as a reference for placement.

Open cupcake 1 resize to 122px by 125px copy and paste as new layer on top of present 5.

Open Heart 2 resize to 194px by 95px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in upper right corner of tag.

Open Birthday word resize to 200px by 68px copy and paste as new layer below Heart 2 on right side you can use my tag as a reference for placement.

Open present 6 resize to 147px by 236px copy and paste as new layer in bottom right corner toward center you can use my tag as a reference for placement.

Open candle 1 resize to 58px by 300px copy and paste as new layer on top of present 5 next to it in bottom right corner.

Open cupcake 2 resize to 125px by 110px copy and paste as new layer on top of present 6.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of tag, then up to effects-plugin-xero-bad dream with these settings 106, 55, 0, 0, 0, 12, -15.

Open ribbon 1 resize to 537px by 107px copy and paste as new layer on top of tube on bottom of tag.

Open present 1 resize to 292px by 152px copy and paste as new layer on top of ribbon in center bottom.

Open mask

Open paper 8 resize to 700px by 700px copy and paste as new layer below all template layers then up to layers-new mask layer-from image-choose mask-apply. Then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group.

Add dropshadows to your liking.

Add artist name, copyright info, license and name and you're done!

This tutorial is written for those who have working knowledge of PSPX2 (any version will do).

Let's begin, remember to save often.

Open template resize to 650px by 650px. Hide the word art layers you will not be using them for this tutorial.

This tutorial is going to be a long one I will try to write it as short as possible.

With magic wand tool click inside raster 6 pink circle.

Open paper 4 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then go up to selections-invert-delete.

Then go back to original template layer raster 6 and stretch the circle so that it is sticking out below paper template layer a half inch or to your liking. Then you will flood fill circle with this color #931eb6. Then go up to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise with these settings-random-66%-monochrome checked then press ok. Merge layers.

With magic wand tool click inside raster 8 pink rectangle.

Open paper 10 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then go up to selections-invert-delete.

Then go back to original template layer raster 8 and stretch the circle so that it is sticking out below paper template layer a half inch or to your liking. Then go up to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise with these settings-random-66%-monochrome checked then press ok. Merge layers.

With magic wand tool click inside raster 3 pink rectangle.

Open paper 11 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then go up to selections-invert-delete. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-fritillary with these settings 7, 36, 13, 27.

Then go back to original template layer raster 3 and stretch the circle so that it is sticking out below paper template layer a half inch or to your liking. Then go up to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise with these settings-random-66%-monochrome checked then press ok. Merge layers.

With magic wand tool click inside raster 7 White upper right square.

Open paper 8 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then go up to selections-invert-delete. Then up to effects-plugins-tramages-tow the line with these settings

Control 0: 80

Control 1: 54

Control 2: 48

Control 3: 9

Then go back to original template layer raster 7 and stretch the circle so that it is sticking out below paper template layer a half inch or to your liking. Then go up to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise with these settings-random-66%-monochrome checked then press ok. Merge layers.

With magic wand tool click inside raster 4 Left side Rectangle.

Open paper 9 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then go up to selections-invert-delete. Then up to effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot with these settings

Value: 90

Distance: 2

Color R: 202

Color G: 185

Color B: 134

Then go back to original template layer raster 4 and stretch the circle so that it is sticking out below paper template layer a half inch or to your liking. Then you will flood fill with this color #931eb6. Then go up to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise with these settings-random-66%-monochrome checked then press ok. Merge layers.

With magic wand tool go down to raster 2 pink upper left template layer.

Open paper 5 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then go up to selections-invert-delete.

Then go back to original template layer raster 2 and stretch the circle so that it is sticking out below paper template layer a half inch or to your liking. Then go up to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise with these settings-random-66%-monochrome checked then press ok. Merge layers.

Here's where it gets tricky. Open tube resize to 415px by 450px then up to Image-mirror then copy and paste as new layer above raster 2 template layer and position tube to your liking or you can use mine as a reference.

Then go back to raster 2 merged template layer and up to selections-select all-float-defloat back up to top tube layer-up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

Duplicate tube layer twice. On original tube layer or top layer selected go up to effects-xero-bad dream with these settings 137, 85, 0, 0, 0, -6, 39 hit ok. Then double click on tube layer and set blend properties to soft light.

Next go to middle duplicate tube layer and double click on layer blend properties set to color legacy with opacity 80%.

Next go to bottom duplicate layer and double click on layer blend properties set to luminance legacy then up to effects-plugins-xero-fritillary with these settings 7, 36, 13, 27.

With magic wand tool go down to raster 9 white circle template layer.

Open paper 6 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then go up to selections-invert-delete.

Then go back to original template layer raster 9 and stretch the circle so that it is sticking out below paper template layer a half inch or to your liking. Then go up to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise with these settings-random-66%-monochrome checked then press ok. Merge layers.

Here's where it gets tricky again. Open tube resize to 415px by 450px then up to Image-mirror then copy and paste as new layer above raster 9 template layer and position tube to your liking or you can use mine as a reference.

Then go back to raster 9 merged template layer and up to selections-select all-float-defloat back up to top tube layer-up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

Next go to middle duplicate tube layer and double click on layer blend properties set to soft light.

Next go to bottom duplicate layer and double click on layer blend properties set to luminance legacy then up to effects-plugins-xero-fritillary with these settings 7, 36, 13, 27.

Repeat above steps for raster 1 black square left template layer.

Now on to the elements

Open netting 2 up to image-free rotate 45.00 degrees left copy and paste as new layer below raster 9 circle layer. duplicate up to image-mirror. duplicate-image-flip-duplicate-image-mirror.

Open netting copy and paste as new layer below raster 9 circle layer, duplicate-image-mirror.

Open bow 5 resize to 125px by 107px copy and paste as new layer on top of raster 4 in upper right corner then up to image-free rotate left 15.00 degrees. Duplicate copy and paste as new layer in upper left corner of raster 3. Duplicate again and copy and paste as new layer below raster 1 square template. Duplicate-image mirror copy and paste as new layer in upper right corner below raster 9 circle layer. Duplicate as many times as you like or use my tag as reference for placement of bows in tag.

Open jewel resize to 56px by 65px copy and paste as new layer on top of left corner of left square raster 1 duplicate two more times and place where I have them on my tag or to your liking.

Open glitter 2 copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in center of tag.

Open rose resize to 225px by 182px copy and paste as new layer on top glitter 2 layer in bottom left corner.

Open lollipop resize to 122px by 300px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers on right side of tag.

Open fluffy heart copy and paste as new layer on top of lollipop in bottom right corner of tag.

Open tube resize to 462px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in center of tag. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 206, 124, 170, 112.

Open ribbon 6 resize to 600px by 132px copy and paste as new layer on top of rose on bottom of tag then up to image-mirror.

Open skull 2 resize to 150px by 148px copy and paste as new layer on top of ribbon 6 in bottom right corner of tag.

Open sparkled wing resize to 346px by 168px copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in bottom center of tag.

Open sparkles copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center above tube layer.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license number and name and you're done!

then up to selections-invert-up to close up tube layer hit delete. Duplicate close up tube layer then select duplicate tube layer-up to adjust-blur-gausian blur-3.00 then right click on layer-layer properties-blend-soft light.

Go back up to original closeup tube layer then up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 128, 50, 128, 255. Then right click on layer-layer properties-set opacity to 76%. Then back up to effects-plugins-penta com-color dot with these settings 90, 2, 255, 255, 255.

Open close up tube copy and paste as new layer above top left orange circle layer positioning tube to your liking or you can use mine as a reference.

Then With magic wand tool click on circle layer

Repeat the same steps above for bottom right orange circle layer.

Select black cut out circle. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-fritillary with these settings 5, 188, 42, 115.

Open house resize to 340px by 550px copy and paste as new layer above black rectangle template layer on right hand side. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open ghost resize to 191px by 200px copy and paste as new layer on top of house. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open cupcake resize to resize to 174px by 200px copy and paste as new layer below orange circle layer in bottom left corner of tag you can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open bow copy and paste as new layer on top of center circle in upper center. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Duplicate bow twice placing one on left hand side above black cut out circle on bottom center of tag and on bottom right center of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open button 2 resize to 227px by 250px copy and paste as new layer on top of bow on left side of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open cat resize to 171px by 200px copy and paste as new layer on top of button 2. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open Hat resize to 250px by 147px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in upper left corner. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open tube resize to 385px by 500px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers and below fog layer in center of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning. Open cat 4 resize to 15% copy and paste as new layer on top of cat tag on left side of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open flower rose resize to 35% copy and paste as new layer below center square in upper right corner of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open cat food resize to 30% copy and paste as new layer on top of cat tag on right side of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open cat 3 resize to 20% copy and paste as new layer on top of cat food on right side of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open tube resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of center square in center of tag. Duplicate tube.

Then go to center square layer and with magic wand tool select it. Then up to selections-invert

then up to duplicate tube layer directly above center square and hit delete. Then up to selections-select none.

How go back up to original tube layer and erase excess tube sticking out of center square.

Then up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 58,88,213,200 and apply then back up to effects-plugins-xero-porcelain with these settings 58,70,140,0,0,255 and apply.

Open cat 6 resize to 20% copy and paste as new layer on top of tube layer in center of tag you can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open mask

Open bgs paws brown resize to 800px by 800px copy and paste as new layer above background layer. Then up to layers-new mask layer-from image apply mask. Then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group.

Open tag resize to 200px by 100px copy and paste as new layer below tube layers in upper right corner of tag. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Then add your name of top of tag.

Add dropshadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and your done!

Open canvas size 600px by 600px and flood fill white.

Open glitter dots copy and paste as new layer on top of canvas layer, duplicate image mirror move duplicate toward upper left corner, duplicate again and image flip and move in bottom left corner. Duplicate again and image mirror move to bottom right corner

Open frame 2 copy and paste as new layer on top of glitter dots layer in center of canvas.

With magic wand tool click inside of frame then up to selections-modify-expand to 2.

Open paper 4 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected frame layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete key. Then back up to selections-select none and move paper below frame. While the background paper layer is still selected go up to effects-plugins-xero fritillary with these settings 10,30,100,84.

Open broom resize to 127px by 400px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame on left side.

Open cat 2 resize to 198px by 265px copy and paste as new layer on top of broom layer moving toward center of frame.

Open flower 4 resize to 200px by 187px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame on right side of tag toward upper right corner. Then duplicate three more times arranging flowers on top of each other toward bottom right corner. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open spider copy and paste as new layer on top of flower layers on right side corner you can use my tag as a reference for placement.

Open ghost resize to 158px by200px copy and paste as new layer below spider in center so it is hiding behind the spider. Then right click on ghost layer and set layer properties opacity to 77%. Name this layer frame 1

Then duplicate ghost three more times. Name each layer frame 2, frame 3, frame 4. Moving in order each one inching upward toward left corner. You can hide the layers to see how far up each ghost has gone. You can also use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of spider in center of frame.

Add any drop shadows you like

Add copyright info, license and name and you're done with this portion of the tutorial.

On to Animation.

Open AS

Go back to PSP and hide frame 1 layer then right click on any visible layer and copy merged. Then go to AS and up to edit-paste as new animation.

Then back to PSP and hide frame 1 layer and open frame 2 layer then right click on frame 2 and copy merged.

Then go to AS and up to edit-paste after current frame.

Then back to PSP and hide frame 2 layer and open frame 3 layer then right click on frame 3 and copy merged.

Then back to AS and up to edit-paste after current frame.

Then back to PSP and hide frame 3 layer and copy merged

Then back to AS and up to edit-paste after current frame.

You should end up with four frames.
Now select frame one it should be highlight blue and red then go up to

Animation down to frame properties and type 35 in the box.

Then select frame 2 and repeat the above step but put 45 in the box.

Then select frame 3 and repeat the above steps but type 35 in box.

Then select frame 4 and repeat the above steps but type 150 in box.

Then to see results click on View at top menu and click on animation and it will show the results then save to your computer.

And you're done!!

Repeat the above steps to the two remaining squares. Using the same fritillary settings.

Select square 3 then up to effects-plugins-xero-fritillary with the following settings

With magic wand tool click on circle

Open paper 6 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer. Then up to selections-invert-hit delete key-then back up to selections-select none. While the circle layer is still selected go up to effects-plugins-tramages-two the line with these settings.

Select rounded rectangle layer then go up to effects plugins-xero-fritillary using the same settings as above.

Repeat the above step for smaller circle.

Open disco ball copy and paste as new layer between circle layer on top square layer in upper left corner of tag.

Open flame 1 copy and paste as new layer below circle layer above square 1 layer on right side of tag duplicate-image-mirror and move duplicate layer toward left.

Open black bow 1 resize to 200px by 189px copy and paste as new layer above circle layer and below rounded rectangle layer on left side you can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open green bow 4 resize to 200px by 189px copy and paste as new layer above circle layer and below rounded rectangle layer on right top center of tag you can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open music note 3 copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers on left upper side of tag.

Open flower 3 green copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in bottom left corner of tag duplicate-image-mirror and place duplicate flower below smaller circle.

Open flower 1 pink copy and paste as new layer below flower 3 and smaller circle in center bottom of tag you can use my tag as a reference for positioning. Duplicate and move duplicate directly under smaller circle layer.

Open lips 1 pink resize to 125px by 122px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in upper right corner.

Open string bow 1 resize to 200px by 151px copy and paste as new layer on top of square 3 on right side.

Now onto the tubes.

Let's start with a large close up tube in this tut I used the back of my main tube for square 3. I open up my close up tube and align it on top of square 3 layer to my preferred position then I highlight the square 3 layer and with the magic wand tool I click inside the square then I go back up to the tube layer and then up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

For the rounded rectangle layer pick your tube and position to your liking above the rounded rectangle layer. Then with the magic wand tool click inside of selected rectangle layer. Then go up to tube so that it is highlighted then up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

Then with tube layer still selected go up to effects-plugins-xero-soft mood and apply these settings to the tube.

For the smaller circle layer pick your tube and position to your liking above the smaller circle layer. Then with the magic wand tool click inside of selected circle layer. Then go up to tube so that it is highlighted then up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

Then with tube layer still selected go up to effects-plugins-xero-soft mood and apply settings as above to that tube as well.

For the main tube open main tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of tag. Duplicate and move duplicate tube below.

With the duplicate tube still selected go up to effects-plugins-xero-soft mood with the same settings as above with the other two tubes.

Then go up to original tube layer and right click on layer properties and set the opacity to 56 %

Open sparkles of choice and copy and paste as new layer on top of main tube layer in center.

Open rock word art copy and paste as new layer on top of main tube in center so that it lies in the center across top portion of tube.

Open mask

Open paper 41 copy and paste as new layer above flood fill layer then up to layers-new mask layer from image-apply mask then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group. I duplicated and merged down to make it darker. Then I moved it up to the left upper corner then duplicated and move duplicate mask toward bottom right corner of tag.

Add copyright info, url , license number and name and you're done.

Open element 35 red cup of sweet tea square copy and paste as new layer in center of template where pink square use to be.

With magic wand tool click on square right

Open paper 9 copy and paste as new layer on top of square right then up to selections-invert-hit delete-back up to selections-select none. Then go up to effects-plugins-xero-fritillary with these settings 3,203,43,27 and apply.

With magic wand tool click on square left.

With magic wand tool click on pink circle left.

Open paper 12 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete-back up to selections-select none. Then go up to effects-plugins-penta.com-dot and cross with these settings 72,10,2 and apply.

Repeat the above step for pink circle right.

Open smaller tube copy and paste as new layer above circle left lining it up so the face is centered.

Then go to circle left template layer and select with magic wand. Then go back up to tube layer and up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none.

With tube layer selected go up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 222, 213, 112, 152. Then back up to effects again plugins-xero-porcelain with these settings 50,128,128,0,0,255.

Repeat the above steps for circle right.

Open large tube copy and paste as new layer above center red square.

With magic wand tool select center red square. Then go up to tube layer then up to selections-invert-delete-selections-select none. Duplicate tube and move over to other side of square use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Then with one of the tube layers selected to up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 222, 213, 112, 152. Then right click on tube layer and on layer properties set opacity to 50%.

Repeat the above step for the other tube layer.

Open small tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center red square, duplicate.

With magic wand tool click inside of center red square layer.

Then up to duplicate tube layer-selections-invert-delete-selections-select none. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 222,140,97,179. Then back up to effects-plugins-xero-porcelain with these settings 50,128,128,0,0,255.

Now go up to original tube layer and erase excess tube sticking out of bottom of square. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 222,140,97,179. Then back up to effects-plugins-xero-porcelain with these settings 50,128,128,0,0,255.

Open ele 40 watch resize to 146px by 200px copy and paste as new layer between the two circle template layers on right hand side upper corner you can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open ele 50 crown resize to 240px by 240px copy and paste as new layer on top of center red square above both tube layers in upper right corner. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open ele 30 butterflies copy and paste as new layer below original tube layers moving to the left, duplicate and image-mirror moving up toward right corner.

Open ele 58 card resize to 198px by 300px copy and paste as new layer below red square in upper center right. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open ele 5 blue mushrooms resize to 209px by 400px copy and paste as new layer on top of center red square on left side of red square. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open ele 56 spade button copy and paste as new layer on top of ele 5 blue mushroom.

Open ele 1 copy and paste as new layer below all template layers. Duplicate and image-mirror.

Then duplicate mirrored image and image-flip.

Repeat the above step for the other side.

Open mask

Open paper 11 copy and paste as new layer above background layer. Then up to layers-new mask layer-from image apply mask. Then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group. Duplicate mask layer twice to make darker if you like.

Add dropshadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and name and your done!

Open Brooch copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of tag above tube.

Open element 43 stars resize to 181px by 585px copy and paste as new layer on top of flower layer duplicate stars then up to image-mirror.

Open element 33 branch resize to 332px by 498px copy and paste as new on top of flower layer on right side of tag.

Open tube resize to 650px by 573px copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of frame then duplicate tube and move duplicate tube between frame and paper back layer. Then back up to original tube layer and erase excess tube on inner arm so that only one arm is showing on top of flower layer and the other hand is below frame showing on bottom. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open element 1 sparkles resize to 600px by 411px copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers then duplicate.

Open mask

Open paper 11 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of flood fill layer below paper frame layer then apply mask. Then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group. Duplicate mask twice so that you have 3 layers. On the top layer double click over name and rename layer as frame 1 repeat for remaining two layers naming frame 2, and frame 3 in consecutive order.

Hide frames 2 and 3.

Select frame 1 then go up to effects-plugins-alien xenofex2-constellation with these settings

Be sure to have the random seed set to 1 on this first frame. Then hit ok

Hide frame 1 layer

Select frame 2 layer and repeat the above steps and hit the random seed button again ok.

Hide frame 2 layer

Select frame 3 layer and repeat the above steps and hit the random seed button again and ok

Hide frame 3 layer.

Unhide frame 1

Add drops shadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and name.

On to Animation.

Open AS

Go back to PSP and right click on any visible layer and copy merged. Then go to AS and up to edit-paste as new animation.

Then back to PSP and hide frame 1 layer and open frame 2 layer then right click on frame 2 and copy merged.

Then go to AS and up to edit-paste after current frame.

Then back to PSP and hide frame 2 layer and open frame 3 layer then right click on frame 3 and copy merged.

Then back to AS and up to edit-paste after current frame.

You should end up with three frames.

Then to see results click on View at top menu and click on animation and it will show the results then save to your computer.

And you're done!!

Then back up to original tube layer and erase excess tube arm on right side so that her arm is behind frame and snail is on the outside of frame on bottom use my tag as a reference for erasing.

Open ele 38 yellow butterflies resize to 257px by 525px copy and paste as new layer on top of flower layer and below original tube layer then duplicate and move duplicate tube layer above tube layer and erase one of the butterflies covering her shoulder.

Open ele 1 sparkles resize to 600px by 411px copy and paste on top of all layers in center of tag.

Open new canvas 600px by 600px flood fill white (optional).

Open Mask 136

Open BSD-8 Paper resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of canvas, then up to layers-new mask layer-from image-mask 136 apply mask. Then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group.

Open BSD-73 net copy and paste as new layer on top of mask layer in upper right corner of tag.

Open BSD-13 flower copy and paste as new layer on top of net layer on right side of tag.

Open BSD-32 grass copy and paste as new layer on top of flower layer in center of tag.

Open BSD-3 shell resize to 200px by 187px copy and paste as new layer on top of grass layer on left hand corner of tag.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of shell in center bottom of tag.

Open BSD-40 yellow ribbon copy and paste as new layer on top of tube layer you can use my tag as a reference for positioning. Duplicate ribbon layer and move below shell layer.

Then go back up to original yellow ribbon above tube layer and erase excess ribbon on top of arm, you can use my tag again as a reference for erasing ribbon.

Open BSD-27 pink fish resize to 175px by 231px copy and paste as new layer on top of tube layer in upper center of tag.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, artist url, license number and name and you're done!

Open paper 5 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete key.

With magic wand tool click inside of left rectangle-up to selections-modify-expand to 2.

Open paper 5 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete key.

With new template layer above still selected go up to plugins-VM Extravaganza-transmission-with these settings -6,0,40.

With magic wand tool click inside of right rectangle-up to selections-modify-expand to 2.

Open paper 5 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete key.

With new template layer above still selected go up to plugins-VM Extravaganza-transmission-with these settings -6,0,40.

Open wire 2 resize to 450px by 450px copy and paste as new layer on top of template layers below word art in center of template.

Open brad 2 copy and paste as new layer on top of template layers below word art in bottom right corner.

Open note charm resize to 187px by 487px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers above brad 2 below word art on right side of tag.

Open lollipop resize to 480px by 480px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers below word art on left side of tag.

Open cd and vinyls resize to 397px by 215px copy and paste as new layer on top of lollipop and below star template layer and wire 2 layer on bottom left corner of tag.

Open scatter copy and paste as new layer below all template layers. Above background flood fill layer.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center. then up to effects plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 128, 50, 128, 255.

Open sparkles copy and paste as new layer on top of tube layer duplicate-image-mirror.

Open mask 395

Open paper 6 copy and paste as new layer below scatter layer and above flood fill background layer then up to layers-new mask layer and apply mask. Then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group. I duplicated the mask to make it darker you can leave it or do it to your liking.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright, license and name and you're done!

Open template resize canvas to 650px by 650px.

Open all tubes before hand and resize all of them to 40%.

I will start with the smallest of the two tubes I like to pre position my tubes where I want them so that they are not cut of by the magic wand tool when placing above selected area. Once I have my tube positioned over the template layer I want I get the magic wand tool and click on template layer then I go up to tube layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete key-back up to selections-select none.

Repeat the same steps above for all of the remaining template layers until all of the tubes are covering the majority of the template. Mirroring images when necessary.

Now for the filtering of each tube select a tube and then go up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 46, 137, 79, 194. Apply these settings to all of the tubes twice. Then select tube layers again and back up to effects-plugins-xero-porcelain with these settings 50, 128, 128, 0, 0, 0, 255.

Open balloons resize to 286px by 440px copy and paste as new layer below tube template layer in upper right corner of tag.

Open heart spray copy and paste as new layer above tube layers.

Open Bubble gum skull resize to 115px by 150px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers on left side of tag upper middle

Open cupcake1 resize 250px by 270px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in lower left corner of tag.

Open candy twirl1 resize to 200px by 200px copy and paste as new layer on top of cupcake.

Open gummy bear resize to 200px by 138px copy and paste as new layer on top of candy twirl 1.

Open scattered skulls copy and paste as new layer on bottom of all template layers, duplicate-image-mirror.

Open main tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of tag. Duplicate and move duplicate layer above bottom black circle layer then go to circle layer with magic wand click in side then up to tube layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete key. Now go back up to original tube layer and erase excess tube that is sticking out of template. Apply plugin settings used in previous areas of tut.

Open mask

Open paper 12 copy and paste as new layer below scattered skulls layer then go up to layers-new mask layer-from image, apply mask then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group.

Back up to layers-new raster layer then floodfill white. Move layer below all layers.

Add dropshadows to your liking

Add copyright info, license name artist url and you're done!

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of EL 15 in center of tag, then go up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings. 146, 161, 185, 121.

Open EL 10 copy and paste as new layer on bottom of all template layers. Duplicate-image-mirror-image-flip.

Open mask

Open PP03 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer above flood fill layer, then go up to layers-new mask layer-from image and apply mask. Then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group. I duplicated my mask but you don't have to if you don't want to it is what I prefer.

Unhide floodfill layer.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright, url, license and name and you're done!

Create New Canvas size 550px by 550px and floodfill white (optional)

Open El 17 mask copy and paste as new layer on top new canvas in center

Open El 11 frame copy and paste as new layer on top of mask

With magic wand tool click inside of frame then up to selections-modify-expand to 3

Open PP 02 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of selected frame layer then go up to selections-invert-hit delete key then back up to selections-select none and move below frame layer.

Open El 32 bead scatter copy and paste as new layer on top of frame layer move to the left side duplicate and move duplicate to right side

Open El 13 heart copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in bottom left corner of frame.

Open El 16 button copy and paste as new layer on top of heart layer

Open El 12 flower copy and paste as new layer on top of frame layer on right side of frame

Open El 14 tag resize to 200px by 200px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in upper right corner.

Add dropshadows to your liking before you go to AS if you want to add drop shadow to tube be sure to unhide each frame layer and apply drop shadow to each if you miss one layer it will mess up the animation.

Add copyright, url, license and name

The Animation part

Open main tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of tag, then duplicate twice. Name the first original tube "frame 1", then the second rename "frame 2", then the third copy "frame 3"

Now you will need to hide the frame 2 and frame 3 layers.

1) Go to original tube layer and select the magic lasso (freehand selection tool) and choose a part of the tube you would like to add the animation to. I chose the very tops of the wings. I start at one point of the line I am going to select and then trace the line with the lasso and I usually stop in between each trace so that in case you accidentally mess up you can undo to that last point but it's just me. You can do it how you're able to. Then after you have completed the top portion of the line you will loop the line to go under the selection you just traced and trace it to the other end or beginning of your trace and connect the lines you should get the little ants marching around your selection.

2) Now go up to effects-Alien Skin-Xenofex 2-constellation with these settings

Then hit the ok button.

3) Then you will hide "frame 1" and unhide "frame 2" and make sure "frame 2" layer is highligted so you will know that is the layer you are working on. Leave the selection as it is. Then go up to effects-alien xenofex 2-constellation and the settings should be still the same as the original. Then you will hit the random seed button and press okay.

4) Then you will hide "frame 2" and unhide "frame 3" and make sure "frame 3" layer is highligted so you will know that is the layer you are working on. Leave the selection as it is. Then go up to effects-alien xenofex 2-constellation and the settings should be still the same as the original. Then you will hit the random seed button and press okay.

If you have more than one part of the tube you would like animation on you would repeat all the steps above with the remaining parts you want to animate.

Now on to AS

While you are in PSP you will hide "frame 2" and "frame 3"

Then you will right click on the tag itself and choose "copy merged"

Now open AS and go up to edit and choose paste as new animation and you will see frame 1 in AS.

Now go back to PSP and hide "frame 1" and unhide "frame 2" then right click on tag and choose "copy merged"

Then go back to AS and go up to edit and "paste after current frame" now you should see two different frames.

Now go back to PSP and hide "frame 2" and unhide "frame 3" then right click on tag and choose "copy merged"

Then go back to AS and go up to edit and "paste after current frame" now you should see three different frames.

Now you will stay in AS then go up to "View" Animation and if everything went well you should have your end result with no skipping of the animated portion. Then you will save as where ever you want to save it in.

Open template.

With magic wand select black rectangle

Open paper 1 copy and paste as new layer on top of selected rectangle layer than go up to selections-invert-hit delete key then back up to selections-select none.

These next steps involve placement of the tubes inside of template.

I find it easy for me to start with the bigger circle and I keep the tubes in their original sizes. I copy and paste on top big circle template layer and position over template layer how I want it. When I have it in position I go down to big circle template layer then with the magic wand I click on the circle then I go back up to tube layer and have it selected then I go up to selections-invert-hit delete key and then back up to selections-select none. the tube layer should be inside of circle template layer. Repeat these steps for the other side of the same template layer except use the other tube.

After I had the tubes in place I selected each layer and right clicked to layer properties and I set the blend mode to Luminance (legacy) I did this to both tube layers.

Now for the frame layers, I resized the tube displayed in the frame layer to 307px by 650px because of tube choice you may be using a different tube so you will just have to play with the sizes to your liking. Once I resized the tube to my choice I copied and pasted the tube layer between the bottom filmstrip layer and above the pink glitter frame fill. Then I went up to the filmstrip layer and and with the magic wand I clicked inside of the filmstrip frame I had placed the tube under then I went down to the tube layer and with the tube layer selected I went up to selections-invert-hit delete key then back up to selections-select none. Instead of repeating these same steps again for the other side of the same size tube I duplicated and mirrored the image and placed it inside the filmstrip frame on the other side.

You will need to repeat these same steps for the second tube of choice that I kept in it's original size except you will only need to do one. The last frame is hidden by the main tube layer.

After I had the tubes in place I selected each layer and right clicked to layer properties and I set the blend mode to Luminance (legacy) I did this to both tube layers.

Open element 31 purple heart with holes copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers on right hand bottom corner.

Open element 9 purple skull copy and paste as new layer on top of element 31.

Open element 8 star copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in upper right corner of tag and duplicate-image-mirror and position duplicate tube in upper left corner of tag.

Open element 4 purple heart with staples resize to 178px by 180px copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers on left side moving toward center.

Open lollipop copy and paste as new layer on top of element 4 moving toward the left.

Open element 47 lipstick copy and paste as new layer on top of lollipop layer but moving it to the farthest left of the lollipop.

Open element 19 swirl copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers on left hand side of tag, duplicate and mirror image, you can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open main tube resize to 466px by 625px copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of tag moving slightly to the right so that the face of the center filmstrip is visible again you can use my tag as a reference for positioning. Then go up to effects-plugins-xero-porcelain with these settings 115, 124, 179, 0, 0, 255.

Add dropshadows to your liking.

Add copyright, url, license and name and you are done!

Open Ele 54 candlestick copy and paste as new layer on top of ele 20 heart on left side of frame.

Open ele 43 skull resize to 140px by 185px copy and paste as new layer on top of candlestick moving toward center of frame.

Open Ele 6 heart resize to 138px by 200px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame layer on right hand side.

Open ele 37 diamonds copy and paste as new layer on top of frame on left side aligning the diamond directly on top of frame. You may use my tag as a reference for positioning. Duplicate diamond twice placing the tow copies below original then right click on top diamond layer and merge down, merge down. The duplicate the merged layers and duplicate, then go up to image-mirror and place on top of right side of frame.

Open Mask 26

Open PP7 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top of flood fill layer .
Up to layers-new mask layer-from image select mask-apply mask then go to paper mask layer and right click and merge group then duplicate mask layer twice so that you have three mask layers then merge down, merge down.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers to the right of the frame. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-porcelain-with these settings 115, 124, 140, 0, 0, 255.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and name and you are done!

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of frame. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-porcelain-with these settings 76, 100, 134, 0, 0, 255.

Open paper 25 resize to 500px by 500px copy and paste as new layer below frame layer and above flood fill layer.

Then take eraser tool and erase excess paper sticking outside of frame. If you did it with the magic wand tool you would need to stretch the paper upward to cover top part of inside frame and it distorts the paper image but you can do it however is easiest for you.

Open element 27 beads resize to 550px by 165px copy and paste below green heart layer above flood fill layer moving toward the top of frame keeping centered, duplicate the beads and move those on bottom of frame you can use my tag as reference for placement if you like.

Open element 10 the green heart copy and paste as new layer below paper frame layer above bead layers.

Open element 1 butterfly resize to 150px by 143px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame layer in upper right corner of canvas.

Open element 8 green button copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in lower right corner of frame.

Open element 39 string resize to 500px by 88px copy and paste as new layer on top of green button layer in center bottom of frame.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center of tag.

Open mask

Open paper 15 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer above flood fill layer below bead layers.

Then up to layers new mask layer from image-select mask-apply mask then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, artist url, license and name and you're done!

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of frame position upward a little toward top of frame if you can see the paper layer inside of frame you have gone to far up just move it right on the edge of frame. Duplicate tube and move tube layer below frame and above paper layer, then go back up to original tube layer and erase excess tube sticking out of frame.

Open heart 2 copy and paste as new layer on top of frame and below original tube layer. In upper right corner of frame. You can use my tag as a reference for positioning.

Open vase copy and paste as new layer below original tube layer on top of frame on right hand side. Then go up to original tube layer and erase tube covering bottom of vase so that it looks like it is both under and over tube layer.

Open present 2 resize to 250px by 166px copy and paste as new layer on top of vase in bottom right corner.

Open flower 5 resize to 200px by 195px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in bottom left corner.

Open paper flower 2 resize to 200px by 179px copy and paste as new layer on top of flower 5 moving toward center of frame.

Open flowers resize to 573px by 600px copy and paste as new layer below frame and below duplicate tube layer.

Open mask

Open paper 7 copy and paste as new layer below frame paper layer. Then up to layers-new mask layer-from image-apply mask then right click on top paper mask layer and merge group.

Final step, go up to layers-new raster layer and move layer below mask. Then flood fill white.

Add dropshadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and name and you're done!

Open element 21 bubbles copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers so far.

Open tube 4 resize to 404px by 500px copy and paste on top of all layers in center of tag. Then go up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 76, 203, 94, 216.

Open mask

Open paper 3 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer below all layers then up to layers-new mask layer-from image apply mask. Then right click on top paper layer and merge group. I duplicated the mask because I wanted to darken it but this is optional.

Final step go up to layers-new raster layer and move below mask layer then flood fill white.

Add dropshadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and name and you're done!

Copy and paste as new layer on top of canvas center move the frame down a bit just to the tip of the bottom.

Open background resize to 597px by 600px copy and paste as new layer between frame and floodfill layer.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of frame position so that the tube is sticking out of frame toward top use my tag as a reference for positioning of tube. Duplicate tube and move duplicate under frame and above background layer.

Go back up to original tube layer and erase excess tube sticking out of frame on bottom. Then go up to effects-plugins-Xero-Radiance with these settings 61, 128, 124, 255.

Open flower bling copy and paste as new layer on top of frame layer in between original tube layer and frame.

Open butterfly resize to 200px by 178px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in upper right corner below original tube layer.

Open Black rose resize to 200px by 184px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in bottom right corner.

Open bottle resize 149px by 401px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame on left hand side of frame.

Open owel resize to 200px by 250px copy and paste as new layer on top of bottle in left corner.

Add dropshadows to your liking.

Open bunny 2 resize to 250px by 250px copy and paste as new layer on top of heart zipper in lower right hand corner of tag.

Open bow copy and paste as new layer on top of template in upper right corner of tag.

Open lollipops copy and paste as new layer on top of template on left hand side.

Open cupcake copy and paste as new layer on top of lollipops in left hand corner.

Open glitter copy and paste as new layer below template layer above background layer then duplicate then go up to image-mirror-duplicate that layer and go up to image-flip then duplicate the flip layer then up to image-mirror. You should have a total of 4 glitter layers two on top an two on the bottom of template layers.

Open your tube resize if necessary depending on the tube you use, I had to resize mine. Copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center circle. Then duplicate the tube and move duplicate layer below original layer and above the center circle template layer.

Go to the center circle layer then up to selections-select all-then back up to selections again then choose float then back up to selections again-defloat then choose the duplicate tube layer then back up to selections-invert-hit delete.

Go to original tube layer and erase any excess tube sticking out of center circle layer.

Then go up to effects with the original tube selected and go to radiance and apply these settings 10, 50, 25, 2.

Add drop shadows to your preference.

Add copyright info, artist url and license number if required to your tag and you're done!

Open butterfly 4 resize to 160px by 200px copy and paste as new layer in upper right corner of template

Open bling 2 copy and paste as new layer between black rectangle layer and rect 2 layer.

Open bow 1 resize to 200px by 166px copy and paste as new layer on top of all layer templates in upper left corner.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of Vertical pink gradient template layer, duplicate image twice. Leave the first duplicate tube below original so when you apply dropshadow you have the other tube underneath showing no shadow.

Now take the third duplicate and go up to image-mirror. Move mirrored image positioned on top of the inter black rectangle layer position to your liking.

With the triplicate tube layer on top of inner rectangle layer you will have to with your magic wand click on inner rectangle layer then go up to triplicate tube image then up to selections-invert-hit delete key-back up to selections-select none. Now the tube should be inside of the inner rectangle. Next right click on triplicate tube layer you just inverted and in the layer properties leave blend at normal and change opacity to 65%.

Open candy resize to 50% copy and paste as new layer on top of envelope 1 then duplicate and place duplicate candy on other side on top of heart 1.

Open heart spill3 resize to 65% copy and paste as new layer on top of envelope 1 layer.

Open balloon resize to 50% copy and paste as new layer on top of heartspill 3 layer in upper right inner corner of frame.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers (don't worry you will erase the extra tube sticking out of frame) duplicate layer.

Hide paper frame back layer.

With magic wand tool click inside frame layer.

Go to duplicate tube layer then up to selections-invert-delete. Then back up to selections-select none. Move duplicate tube layer between frame and paper.

Go back up to original tube layer and erase excess tube layer.

(This step is optional) Open frames on strings, resize to 475px by 160px copy and paste as new layer on top of tube layer on bottom center of tag.

Open paper 8 resize to 450px by 450px copy and paste as new layer on top of frames on string and align paper so that it is covering the center of each frame. Then duplicate the paper 5 more times hiding each additional layer until you need them. Then go ahead and hide the first paper layer.

Go to frames on string layer then with magic wand click inside of first frame.

Unhide first paper layer then go up to selections-invert-delete then back up to selections-select none. Move paper below frame. Repeat this step with the additional papers so you have all 6 frames filled with the paper background.

Open doodle 2 resize to 40% copy and paste as new layer below frame layer on left hand side, then move it up a little, duplicate doodle 2, up to Image-mirror.

Open mask

Open paper 5 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer above flood fill layer, then up to layers-new mask layer-from image-apply mask. Then right click on paper mask layer and merge group.

Add dropshadows to your liking

Add copyright info, license and name and you're done.

Open ele 18 ribbon resize to 400px by 144px copy and paste as new on top of tube layer below word art.

Since the word art is white and you can't see it I added a glittered background to it. First go up to layers-new raster layer. Then move that new raster layer below the text layer of template. Then while the raster layer is selected you will flood fill with your color of choice I chose #f87ae2.

Next go up to the text layer-then up to selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-extend to 4. Then go down to flood fill layer then up to selections-invert-hit delete key-selections-select none. Then while that flood fill layer is still selected go up to adjust-add/remove- noise and apply noise. Then you can if you like merge both layers together.

Open ele 36 sparkles copy and paste as new layer on top of all layers in center and then duplicate to make brighter and merge both layers.

Add copyright info, license and name and you're done!

Go up to original tube layer and erase excess tube layer outside of frame and erase. Then up to effects-plugins-xero-bad dream with these settings 173, 143, 0, 0, 0, 27, -27.

Open bow 6 resize to 150px by 122px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in upper right corner.

Open flower 1 resize to 200px by 186px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame layer and below original tube layer on left hand side.

Open flower 5 resize to 200px by 186px copy and paste as new layer on top of flower 1.

Open lollipop 5 resize to 300px by 150px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame placing toward tube layer. Erase lollipop sticking out of frame.

Open lollipop resize to 300px by 150px copy and paste as new layer on top of lollipop 5 again erase excess lollipop outside of frame then go up to image-free rotate to the right use my tag as a reference to placement if you like.

Open MC Mask 5

Open paper 10 copy and paste as new layer right above flood fill layer. Then up to layers-new mask layer-from image-have source luminance checked then select mask hit ok. Then go to top paper mask layer and right click-merge group. Duplicate mask and merge down.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and name and you're done!

Animation Part (optional)

Open AS

Go to PSP and copy merged tag you just made

Than go into AS up to Edit-Paste as new animation.

With the tag placed inside of AS click on tag so that it is highlighted with red an blue outline, then on your keyboard press CTRL-L 7 times to give you a total of 8 frames. You do not need to press them at the same time you can hit CTRL then quickly L.

Look in bottom right corner of AS Screen and you should see 8 frames

Go up to File and open bee1 this has 8 frames the same as the tag. Select first frame then go up to Edit-select all-then up to Edit again and copy.

Go to Tag select first frame then up to Edit-select all then up to Edit again and paste into selected frame and move bee where you want it then click the mouse to release the bee

Repeat these steps for other bee for the other side.

Then go up to View-Animation and both bees should be fluttering. If not you may have to edit and undo your paste and start over.

Then go up to File and Save as your file name and the optimization screen should come up click ok until you are through all the screens and you are done.

Open heart element 5 in second folder resize to 200px by 191px copy and paste as new layer in lower left side

Open hearts 2 in second in second folder resize to 550px by 550px copy and paste as new layer on top of flower 2 layer toward center of template, duplicate-image-mirror.

Open DBV Mask 133

Open paper 1 resize to 600px by 600px copy and paste as new layer on top white background layer
Then up to layers-new mask layer from image, then right click paper mask layer and merge group.

Open tube copy and paste as new layer below bottom rectangle layer above center oval template layer in the middle.

Select center oval template layer, then up to selections-select all

Go to tube layer then up to selections-invert delete-selections-select none.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Open flower 01 resize to 112px by 125px copy and paste as new layer on top of frame in lower right corner, duplicate and move duplicate above original layer.

Open knot bow 05 resize to 200px by 114px copy and paste as new layer on top of center template layer on upper left corner, duplicate-image-mirror.

Open brad 0 copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in lower right hand corner.

Open lipstick 2 resize to 63px by 250px copy and paste as new layer on top of brad 0.

Open flower 05 copy and paste as new layer on top of all template layers in lower left corner below word art

Open broken heart resize to 141px by 200px copy and paste as new layer on top of flower 05 below word art.

With magic wand tool click inside pink circle layer

Open tube image-mirror, copy and paste as new layer on top of selected template layer on left side. Then double click on tube layer and in layer properties select luminance legacy opacity 88. Then up to effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot with these settings 132, 6,255,255,255.

Open tube again and image-mirror back to original position, copy and paste on top of all template layers in center then up to effects-plugins-xero-radiance with these settings 73,94,167,219.

Open mask

Open paper 20 copy and paste as new layer above flood fill layer. Then up to layers-new mask layer-from image-apply mask. Then right click on paper mask layer and merge group.

Add drop shadows to your liking.

Add copyright info, license and name and you're done!

Open Holly copy and paste as new layer on top of frame layer and below frame layer on right side. Duplicate-image-mirror.

Open Holly again this time resize to 158px by 180px copy and paste on top of frame inward toward center of frame.

Open candy cane 2 copy and paste as new layer on top of holly and below tube on left side of frame.
